The ProfileXT® is a multiāpurpose, “Total Person” assessment that used for selection, development, training, promotion, managing, and succession planning. This assessment measures how well an individual fits specific jobs in your organization. The ProfileXT® is also customizable, and peak job performance models can be developed by company, position, manager or geography.
The CheckPoint 360°™ is used primarily to evaluate the effectiveness of your managers and leaders. This assessment combines feedback from direct reports, peers, supervisors, and even customers, with a personalized program for developing, specific leadership skills based on that feedback. The reports explain how to improve training, management techniques, and communication for greater success.
The Customer Service Profile™ measures how well a person fits specific customer service jobs in your organization. There are vertical specialty versions available in hospitality, healthcare, financial services and retail.
Profiles Managerial Fit™ is a powerful tool which measures critical workplace compatibility factors between managers (executive, director, supervisor, team leader, etc.) and their employee(s). Understanding the dynamics of the supervisor-subordinate relationship helps the manager work more effectively with each employee by recognizing where their perspectives are similar and where they differ. This increased understanding of the relationship leads to a greater comfort for both the manager and the employee.
Profiles Performance Indicator™ is a DISC Personality Style assessment. The information this test provides can be used to make every employee more valuable and productive. The reports help you understand how an individual can be understood, motivated and managed, which improves job performance. The Profiles Performance Indicator also provides recommendations for improving employee performance such as how to respond to job-related stress, frustration and conflict, how to stimulate employee motivation, and whether the employee is internally motivated or will need external stimulation.
Profiles Sales Assessment™ measures how well a person fits specific sales jobs in your organization. It is used primarily for selecting, on-boarding and managing sales people and account managers. The "job modeling" feature is unique, and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors. This enables you to evaluate an individual relative to the qualities required to perform successfully in a specific sales job in your organization. Step One Survey II®is a brief pre-hire assessment that measures an individual's basic work-related values. It is used primarily as a screening tool early in the candidate selection process.
Our Workplace Engagement Survey™ measures the degree to which your employees connect with their work and feel committed to the organization and its goals. This gives you and your management team a detailed view of what influences engagement and how your employees compare statistically to the overall working population.
