Outplacement
ETL provides a personalized outplacement service that features one-on-one time with a Personal Coach.
Excel Thru Learning’s philosophy is based on the belief that we can best serve a displaced employee by understanding their individual situation. To accomplish this we:
- Provide an online assessment that evaluates personal growth opportunities and highlights strengths.
- Help prepare a professional resume.
- Place the resume on multiple job search sites.
- Coach the employee on how to conduct a successful interview.
The process starts the day the employee receives their formal termination notice and continues for approximately three months or over 4 sessions. Additional support is offered to the displaced employee should they require it. There are optional sessions employers can purchase should they believe the person may need additional support or assistance.
