Excel Thru Learning (ETL) originated in 1996 with Patricia DeMers. Our business has been built on the philosophy that we are here to work in partnership with our clients. We provide them with the best solutions based on their needs and desired outcomes. Our vision is, “Inspiring Others to Achieve!”

Pat started the business with the belief that a customized approach to training and development was the only way to create a true partnership, versus providing ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions. To this day, programs are developed to be relevant, up to date, and customized to reflect the client’s culture and specific participant requirements. The business now has over 80 customizable programs available.

Through the years, the marketplace has demanded other services, so ETL has expanded to include one-on-one performance coaching, HR consulting, licensing, self-study guides, assessments, and follow-up tools.
